With apathy and egos creeping in and plaguing the music community it serves as just more inspiration to maintain the constant persistence to create a new breed of punk for those that are desperately crying out for it. At a time when your scene and community seem at its utmost worst it can only go up! The name Violent Affair is a reference from a Self Destruct song, a particularly strong influence on the band as a whole. Our culture and our scene are endangered only through vigilance and persistence can we save it. Oklahoma city street punk! Lets take it back and make it our own.
