 From behind the smog-veiled orange curtain, Southern California's THE SCARRED have made a mission of returning to the roots of punk rock and bridging the gap between modern street punk and the inspired sounds of 1977. After self-releasing their debut album in early 2004, THE SCARRED have spent the last two years playing over 140 shows during six U.S. tours in every available venue that they could find. From clubs to basements to deserted shacks, THE SCARRED have left no stone unturned in their mission to blitzkrieg the country, bringing the sounds of suburban angst and alienation from coast to coast. They've made their mark as one of the hardest working bands in Southern California's underground punk scene today, now it's time for the rest of the world to see what THE SCARRED are all about.
